By placing an order at our website the customer accepts these general terms and conditions.

Payment methods

In our online shop you can order and pay when collecting or pay online using the payment service provider Paytrail. The customer selects the preferred payment method when placing the order.

If you would like to receive an invoice, please select pay when collecting and send your invoice information to invoice@aroma.fi or give us the information when you collect your order. We charge a fee of 2.50 € per invoice.

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will show as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc forwards the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website where the payment was made.

Prices

All prices include VAT and are in EUR.

Price changes

We maintain the right to change our prices.

Deliveries.

All orders are to be collected from the selected service point at the selected time. Please note the open hours of the service point when placing your order.

All orders must be placed no later than 3 days in advance. Some seasonal products have a longer delivery time, please check the delivery time for each product in our online shop.

There is no minimum order on our sales.

Cancellations.

Please cancel your order no later than 2 working days before the collecting date. First contact the service point where you were supposed to collect your order. If you don’t receive a reply on time, contact one of the other service points.

Returns.

Food cannot be returned.

Faulty products

The customer approves the contents of the order when collecting. The customer is responsible for storing the product correctly after collecting. Should you find that the order is not in acceptable condition, first contact the service point where the order was collected.  If you don’t receive a reply on time, contact one of the other service points.

Changes in terms and conditions

We maintain the right to make changes to these terms and conditions.
