Our artisan bakery with confectionery and a small café is located on Hovioikeudenpuistikko, right around the corner from Vaasa market square. Our bakers, confectioners, cooks, and salespersons offer freshly baked goods six days a week!
Creativity and innovation are our guiding stars. We use seasonal produce and our selection varies from one day to another. When entering the spacious bakery, you have a front-row view of the work in progress. We roll croissants, feed the sourdough, decorate cakes, and roast vegetables. Our tempo is up from 6 am, and we don’t cool off until late in the afternoon.
Our bakery offers a daily selection of freshly baked sourdough bread, various buns, and fine confectionery. Buy a breakfast sandwich to go, compose your own lunch salad, stop by for butter buns for a meeting or a sourdough bread to serve at dinner. We are here, right next door!

AROMA KIVIHAKA.
Our popular café is situated at the heart of the GW Galleria shopping centre in Kivihaka, Vaasa. We open 10 am, offering a rich selection of salads. The fragrance of freshly baked buns greats you at the entrance.
With 50 seats, there is plenty of room for everyone. Our GW Galleria café is at your service seven days a week from early morning to late in the evening! Mondays to Saturdays we offer lunch salads, on Sundays we make our popular sourdough waffles.
You can also stop by for a fresh sourdough bread to take home. The large parking area makes for an easy visit any time of day. Welcome to enjoy a really nice cup of coffee, a lunch salad or a refreshing smoothie!

AROMA KOIVULAHTI.
This is where the story of Aroma begins, on Saint Lucy’s Day in 2011. The very first sourdough loafs, cinnamon buns and cakes were made here, where the Aroma of today began to take shape.
You will find our popular sourdough bread baked in Koivulahti at several retailers. Here we also make everything from French mousse cakes to classic cream cakes. We bake a never-ending selection of cupcakes, cheesecakes, and buns. This is also our pick-up point for pre-orders.
At the end of the week, our bakers have an extra early start to make sure that the sourdough bread will find its way to our customers’ tables on time. We produce larger quantities with each passing year, but everything is still baked with love by hand as we did on day one!

LILLA AROMA.
In central Sepänkylä you will find our latest addition, a small café and bread shop – good enough to eat!
The café may be small, but the selection surely is not! Pick up pre-ordered cakes, freshly baked sourdough bread, ready-to-go salads, fresh buns, and much more. Every Saturday we make our popular sourdough waffles, served with our own jam and freshly whipped cream. Lilla Aroma seats 17 people; so stop by for a small treat or a perfect cappuccino.
